Massaged Kale Salad

2-6 kale leaves thoroughly washed and cut into small pieces
2 Tbs freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
1 1/2-2 Tbs pure raw honey
1 Tbs cold-pressed olive oil
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Sea salt to taste
Handful cherry tomatoes
Red onion sliced Julienne style

1.  Place kale in a bowl
2.  Add olive oil, lemon/lime juice, honey, salt, onion and garlic powder.
3. Massage kale with clean hands to soften leaves.
4. Add tomatoes and read onion.
5. Serve
